Prior to joining our team, Kristy served as the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at the National Audubon Society. There, she revolutionized the budget model of the century-old organization, enhancing support for field programs and advancing conservation efforts, while also optimizing fundraising strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Kristy\u2019s passion for coral reefs began at a young age. She served on the Coral Reef Coalition in the Florida Keys during high school, spent her summers working on an eco-tourism dive boat out of Key Biscayne National Park, and spent her childhood snorkeling and diving in her backyard in South Florida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Kristy\u2019s extensive background and innovative approach make her an invaluable asset to our organization, propelling our mission forward with financial acumen and strategic vision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We need to respect the oceans and take care of them as if our lives depended on it.
