With over 25 years of distinguished experience in non-profit finance management, Kristy Ives brings unparalleled expertise and passion to CORAL. Prior to joining our team, Kristy served as the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at the National Audubon Society. There, she revolutionized the budget model of the century-old organization, enhancing support for field programs and advancing conservation efforts, while also optimizing fundraising strategies.

Kristy’s passion for coral reefs began at a young age. She served on the Coral Reef Coalition in the Florida Keys during high school, spent her summers working on an eco-tourism dive boat out of Key Biscayne National Park, and spent her childhood snorkeling and diving in her backyard in South Florida.

Kristy’s extensive background and innovative approach make her an invaluable asset to our organization, propelling our mission forward with financial acumen and strategic vision.
