Kate Beebe
Associate Director, Brand and Communications
Kate is a marketing and communications leader with nearly two decades of experience shaping brands and building content strategies rooted in data, creativity, and impact. At the Coral Reef Alliance (CORAL), she leads brand and content strategy during a critical moment for coral reefs, translating complex research into accessible, compelling stories that inspire global audiences to care—and act.
Raised in the land-locked South, Kate discovered her passion for the ocean through scuba diving at an early age, an experience that ultimately shaped her career journey. At CORAL, she has helped elevate the organization’s visibility and voice through award-winning digital storytelling, including the creation of Coral Bleaching Awareness Month, the expansion of video and multimedia content, and the growth of CORAL’s blog into the top-recognized coral reef resource.
Outside of work, Kate spends as much time as possible near (or under) the water. She has been a certified scuba diver for over 20 years and prioritizes ocean-centered travel whenever she can. When she’s not diving, she enjoys being outdoors, editing photos, and planning her next island adventure.
Every individual matters. Every individual has a role to play. Every individual makes a difference.
