Finance and Operations Manager, Western Caribbean

Sheyla brings her diverse background in the private sector, finance, administration, and human resources. She has studied in both America and Europe and her training areas include psychology, social sciences, and liberal arts. She also holds an MBA. Her expertise allows her to support the Mesoamerican region team, where she leads the creation and management of administrative processes that strengthen the functioning of CORAL’s operations while contributing to the fulfillment of institutional goals. Through working at CORAL, she found her passion for coral reef conservation.
